Materials Required

About 2 ~ 10 μg of each of plasmid DNA and vector DNA are needed for cloning.
100 ~ 300 μg needed for virus production, varying with the volumes of the virus
solution requested.

Turnaround time is 5 ~ 10 working days for viral cloning and sequencing, 10 ~ 15 days for
viral production and titering and 20~ 25 days for adenovirus primary production and
validation. For delivery, a whole package will be sent for each order, including viruses and
data sheet upon request.

Viral vectors are powerful tools widely used to deliver genes, siRNA or miRNA into cells for
molecular genetics experiments. Transduction by viruses can ensure almost 100% infection in
cultured cells or efficiently delivery of genes of interest into particular tissues in vivo in animals.
